"Yoga Foundations" with Hillary Rubin - A Giveaway

Does Mom want to try out Yoga in the New Year? Has she made a commitment to getting healthier? Or is she a yoga lover? Get her Hillary Rubin's "Yoga Foundations" for Christmas this year. "Yoga Foundations with Hillary Rubin" offers a simple program for anyone who is ready for a transformation. Study with an expert teacher who knows firsthand the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis and learn how to create a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle.

One of my lucky readers will get to win their very own copy! See below for how:

1. Tell me in the comments below why you love yoga or why you would like to try it.

2. The contest will run through Tuesday, December 9th at 11:59 Central Time. The winner will be chosen by random.org. They will be contacted through email. Continental U.S. entries only please.

3. Please leave a valid email address or other way to contact you. If the winner hasn't responded within 3 days, another winner will be chosen at random.

4. If you’d like a couple extra entries you can either:

  • Subscribe to my RSS feed or subscribe via e-mail – leave me a separate comment to let me know.
  • Mention this contest on your blog with a link back to this post, and leave a separate comment with the link to your post so I can find it.

I love yoga, because it's a nice chance for some quiet, even when I have a 4 year old trying to do the poses with me. He's so busy trying to figure them out that he doesn't have a chance to get loud.

I've seen Hilary on FitTv, and I'd like to get her yoga dvd. I don't always get a chance to go and workout, and having this yoga dvd would help me out!

I am a mommy for the second time and need to get back into condition! I'd love to try Yoga. Never have done it but my friends have raved that the exercises can help with flexibility and getting back your figure! Thanks much.

My neurologist actually told me to start doing yoga. I've always wanted to do it, so I'm sort of glad he did. I can't wait to give it a try.
