Ok, mine is simple....I am going to start and finish the thank yous from Taylor's b-day. Then I can put away the presents. I have been waiting and keeping it all together so that I didn't forget who gave her what.

Good plan! Another suggestion I heard about once was to take a picture of your child with the toy/ clothes/ etc. and send the pic with the thank-you note.

Oh that's hard - I hate trying to keep everything organized to remember who gave what gift. I like the photo idea too - may have to try that as well! :)
