Why is bedtime so rough????

My oldest is about 2.5 yrs old. Naptime at home and bed time is a struggle. She just doesn't want to go. It's so frustrating. The girls share a room too, so then it keeps our one year old up. Thank goodness she is still in a crib. Although, maybe this is a sign it's time for a "big-girl" bed??? I honestly don't know.

We have tried everything - an earlier bedtime, a soothing night time routine, etc. It doesn't matter. She just doesn't want to go to bed.

Ugh.
